Our Story
Secure IT was founded in 2005 by Andy Herbert, our current owner and Managing Director, with his good friend and former work colleague Brook Dyson, who now serves as a Technical Director for the company. Since then, the company has grown exponentially year-on-year by pure word of mouth and recommendations due to the great service and experience they have built for all our partners. They pride themselves in maintaining business relationships as long as 20 years with multiple partners.
The growth would not have been possible without a great team, focused on a single, clear and well-structured vision.

Technical Director
Co-founded the company alongside Andy. Brook leads the technical delivery, engineering standards, and ensures every solution meets the highest quality bar.

Service Delivery Manager
A member of the team since 2020, Andy has twenty years of experience in Service Delivery within the IT sector, ensuring our service is delivered to the highest standard.

Having been with the company since 2019, I bring over 25 years of IT and customer support experience. I specialise in cybersecurity, helping company secure their systems and achieve Cyber Essentials accreditation.

I joined Secure IT in 2022 and work as a Senior IT Technician, supporting users with a wide range of technical issues while helping maintain reliable and efficient IT systems. My role includes troubleshooting, system maintenance, and ensuring technology runs smoothly across the business.

With over 20 years of procurement, sales and finance experience in the IT industry, I joined Secure IT Networks in 2017 as Operations Manager. I am responsible for all hardware / software procurement and sales, ensuring best prices and terms are achieved. I also manage the company finances and oversee all aspects of the company’s administration.
